Itinerary: 6 Oman Days Tour Route

Day 01

Day 1 – Arrival in Muscat

 

Arrive at Muscat and meet your representative at the airport. Transfer by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel and settle in. The evening is free to rest after your flight.

Day 2 – Muscat City Tour

 

After breakfast, begin your Muscat Oman tour with a guided visit to Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, followed by Bait Al Zubair Museum. 

Drive through Old Muscat, passing the Jalali and Mirani forts, and stop at Al Alam Palace. End the tour at Muttrah Souk, where metalwork and frankincense scent the air.

Day 3 – Wadi Shab and Ras Al Jinz

 

Travel along the coast toward Quriyat, Tiwi, and Fins Beach before reaching Wadi Shab, a highlight of any Oman sightseeing tour. 

Walk the rocky path beside flowing water and palm shade. Continue to Sur and Ras Al Hadd, then visit Ras Al Jinz in the evening to observe nesting turtles during season.

Day 4 – Wadi Bani Khalid and Wahiba Sands

 

Morning drive to Wadi Bani Khalid, known for its clear pools and steady flow. Continue into the desert for an Oman desert safari across the dunes of Wahiba Sands. As the light lowers, the sand cools and patterns sharpen around the camp.

Day 5 – Nizwa and Jabrin, return to Muscat

 

Depart the desert after breakfast and head inland for an Oman cultural tour. Explore Nizwa Fort and the nearby souq, then continue to Jabrin Castle, noted for its painted ceilings and carved doors. 

Return to Muscat for overnight stay, completing the land journey of this Best of Oman route within a refined Oman tour package.
