Itinerary – Nile Cruise and Petra Discovery

Day 01

Arrival in Cairo

 

Arrive at Cairo International Airport and meet your tour manager for assistance. Transfer by private air-conditioned vehicle to your hotel and complete check-in. The evening is free to rest after arrival in Egypt.

 Pyramids, Museum, and Old Cairo

 

Begin the day at the Giza Plateau with the Great Pyramids, the Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. Continue to the Egyptian Museum, then explore Islamic Cairo and Khan El Khalili. This day introduces the foundation of the Egypt cultural tour experience.

 Flight to Aswan and Nile Cruise Embarkation

 

Fly from Cairo to Aswan and board the Nile Egypt cruise before lunch. Visit the High Dam, Philae Temple, and the Unfinished Obelisk. Dinner is served onboard as the cruise remains docked in Aswan.

Kom Ombo and Edfu Sailing

 

Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the dual temple of Sobek and Haeroris. Continue toward Edfu to explore the Temple of Horus by horse carriage. The river breeze accompanies afternoon sailing toward Esna.

Luxor Temples and Valley of the Kings

 

Arrive in Luxor and explore the West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple.
