Petra Egypt Tours Itinerary

Day 01

Arrival in Amman and First Steps of Petra Egypt Tours

 

You arrive at Amman International Airport where your tour manager meets you and handles all arrival formalities. 

A private air-conditioned vehicle transfers you to your hotel for check-in and a briefing about the days ahead. The evening is free to rest after travel.

Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea Visit

 

After breakfast, travel to Madaba to view the 4th-century mosaic map of Palestine at Saint George’s Church. 

Continue to Mount Nebo, overlooking the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, before descending to the lowest point on earth for leisure time by the water. 

This day connects cultural heritage with a relaxed Dead Sea visit experience. Return to Amman for the night.

Petra Exploration and the Heart of Jordan Egypt Travel

 

An early drive takes you to Petra, the ancient Nabataean city carved into rose-colored stone. Walk through Al Siq Canyon until the Treasury appears at the end of the passage. 

Continue along the Street of Facades to the Royal Tombs and Pharaoh’s Castle before returning to Amman. This day forms the core of any Jordan Egypt travel route.

From Amman to Cairo

 

After breakfast, transfer to Queen Alia International Airport for your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, assistance is provided before transfer to your Cairo hotel.
